Had a short stay as a couple and found the experience quite pleasant. The room had an impressive view of the downtown, which added a nice touch to our visit. It was also great to have easy access to the nearby attractions, like the Zwinger and Semperoper, as they were just a stroll away. Despite the compact room, the hotel had a modern vibe and helpful reception team, especially Jens, who assisted us with local tips. I appreciated not needing to rely on the pricey breakfast options as there was a bakery conveniently close by for a quick bite.

The location was excellent, only a

short walk to the historic city center. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the staff provided exceptional service, even surprising us with a small gift for our anniversary. One minor downside was the cramped breakfast area during peak hours.

absolutely horrid experience at indigo in dresden. the air conditioning didn’t work properly, so I was forced to open the window and suffer through the noise. also, it was unforgivable that I didn’t receive a complimentary upgrade for my troubles. woudl ve been nice if they cared about my comfort at all. I just coudn’t recommend it.

indigo felt luxurious! the separate shampoo and conditioner were fantastic. the bed was super comfy, and the customer service was top-notch. we arrived early, and they checked us in right away. plus, having fresh fruit and iced lemon water available was such a refreshing touch after exploring the area. it's also just a tram ride away from local attractions, making it super convenient.
